Lets try this again…. I need to find a solution to achieve the desired shipping rates for oscommerce. I have 2 scenarios and can split the cart into 2 seperate installs if absolutely necessary… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: OsCommerce, PHP, Script Installation)
