Wordpress MU theme design +installation by atxblsnk

I need a home page theme design for wordpress MU that has a login, and also a few header links. Similar to edublogs.org but a lot more simple, without the forums, tags, and supporters. This is for a simple business directory website… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Script Installation, Website Design)
