For a promotional campaign I need a very good fash designer for making simply flash logos for my clients as gift. So, we use there exist logo and make something flash with it. I will spend maximum 5 to 10 $ per logo/ banner… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash, Graphic Design)
