password protect 1 page of HTML site by bgetch

I have built a simple HTML website for my neighborhood: www.gofoxhall.com. I want to password protect one page of the site: http://www.gofoxhall.com/neighborhood_directory.html, so that I can post a PDF of the neighborhood directory… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Website Security)
