We need the layout, .jpg/gif/png for a new website in the next 2-4 hours. NO TEMPLATES. Once client approves we need the site finished. Roughly 6 php pages with admin panel and about 15 static pages… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Graphic Design, PHP, Website Design)
