I Am Freelancer

We have two databases with a total of approximately 30,000 customers between them. This is an opted in list, but we need to ensure that these customers are double opted in before we are comfortable using this list ourselves… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Data Entry, Data Processing, Market Research, Project Management, Web Promotion)
