Need SEO on 4-month old website by HHOMonster

I have a website that was built for me and made live about 4 months ago. Per Google Analytics, I average 30 hits per day. I need over 1,000 hits per day from people who are interested in my products… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: SEO)
