Automatic Data Scraper by xfilers

I need a script that will scrape data and feed with link from this website 64.13.138.77 The scrape data should able to select what category(ies) and subcategory(ies) they belong. The scrape data should have a link from those companies… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Data Processing, Java, Javascript)
