I have phone numbers for 25,000 of my customers . Periodically, I need to be able to send a Voice Broadcast to these clients. The voice broadcast is typically a simple 30 second to 1 minute informational recording… (Budget: N/A, Jobs: .NET, ASP, Linux, Perl/CGI, PHP)
