Simple data mining script/ Perl REGEX by docdudetheman

Dear all, I need somebody to write a simple parser in PERL. The task is quite straightforward. I have a large data set of the following structure id_1 | paragraph_1 id_2 | paragraph_2 id_3 | paragraph_3 etc… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Data Entry, Data Processing, Perl/CGI)
