PHP Binary Pictures NNTP Downloader by lennilg

I need a script for my Apache Webserver that can download and decode pictures from newsgroups on a NNTP usenet server. Required Features: * Unique Headers, no re-downloading of already processed images… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Perl/CGI, PHP)
