url shortener for internal use by superior5

I need an unlimited URL shortening service so I need it to work on my Linux Ubuntu servers using Mysql. 1) 301 Redirects 2) Tracking with Google Analytics tracking similar to awe.sm are requirements… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Perl/CGI, PHP)
