I Am Freelancer

I have a website called: uploadpic.org it’s a script that i bought but I can’t seem to get it to work. I think it might be the coding of the .htaccess file or something. trying to get it to work and i was told it was fairly easy to fix… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Perl/CGI, PHP, System Admin.)
