Magento addition of serial number for downloadable products by dxdc

I am using Magento to deliver downloadable software. However, I have user accounts turned off completely (using google checkout or paypal for payment). The download link sent in the "order email"… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Perl/CGI, PHP, Shopping Carts, SQL)
