Edit OSDATE templates part 1 menu header & footer by jhard213

Hi THIS IS AN ADULT WEBSITE I want to edit a few Templates for OS date to get it to look well non generic. I would like it to look similar to true or other dating sites Really I want to do this… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CSS, PHP)
