Converting Rails Site to WordPress/Member Based Site (PHP) by emcmarketing

I have a member based site that matches up available housing with college students . It was built in Rails. It’s totally functional, but does not allow for easy updating of pages without a Rails developer involved… (Budget: $750-1500, Jobs: PHP, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, WordPress)
