Make somewhat easy change to site made in Ruby on Rails by computerstuff09

I’m willing to pay $100 to a $150. This must be completed by Tuesday. It can not be any later. 1. Fix the issue with the Marketing Talk section (homepage). There should be an open text box where everyone can type and make comments… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Editing, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Script Installation, Website Design)
