GPS/GPRS/GSM tracking web server by immusys

We are seeking a programmer/programmers for the following project: Need to construct a web server (Linux, Apache, PHP, Java, MySQL) that could do real time online tracking of GPS trackers. It would have the following functions… (Budget: $1500-3000, Jobs: J2EE, Java, Linux, SQL, User Interface / IA)
