I Am Freelancer

Looking for a basic fantasy (American) football type site written in either PHP or Ruby on Rails. The site will allow for a user to sign up, create a league of up to 12 teams and invite other users to the league… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Game Design, PHP, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, User Interface / IA)
