Order status checking capability inside the website by uspexllc

We have a website that is not connected to our database. We want clients to check order status by entering some basic information like their phone number, zip code and street number to connect to get their order status… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Graphic Design, PHP, User Interface / IA, XML)
