READ BARCODE FROM ID AND SAVE IN EXCEL by asgsitting

HI there.. i need this project for my son… he need it in VB 6 or C language.. have to read student Id card barcode and have to save it to excel sheet.. programmer must use their own code, coz… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Academic Writing, C#, Excel, Technical Writing, Visual Basic)
