Website Template Needed (No Graphics) by digitalretouch

I have a client with a website that needs the ability to update the site themselves. They don’t know anything about code. The site consists of 4 main pages, one of which is a gallery page with 30-40 images… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Javascript, PHP)
