Extract images from RTF by arcwizard

Hi, I need a small application that will allow me to extract ALL the images from any .RTF (Rich Text Format) file. All of the images in the RTF file should be extracted and saved as individual images… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Visual Basic)
