i am looking for a site made that allows one to place projects bid on projects much like this site. I wish to intergrate a text messaging system in the pmb so it is more mobile I wish there to be a portfolio… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: eCommerce, Electronic Forms, Website QA, Website Security)
