NSI installer for deploy a django project (Windows) by laurocesar

I need a NullSoft script installer for deploy a Apache2 (or lighttpd) + Django project, for windows, to run only in localhost with selected port. Must run on Xp/Vista/Seven in service mode The script… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Django, Python, Script Installation, Windows)
