I Am Freelancer

I need a program that can check more than xx,xxxx amount of website at once in a .csv or a regular .txt file. Basically what the program should do is check to see if each website is up or not with preview… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++, Delphi, Perl, Python, Visual Basic)
