I Am Freelancer

Hi! I need help updating my website. I have basic knowledge of HTML but when I had paid to have had the site created they used all fancy code and stuff I don’t understand. I’d need you to take a look at the site and tell me what it uses… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, ASP, Java, Javascript, PHP)
