Update QuickBooks Item from a Comma Delimited by mantelsam

I need a program to communicate with Quickbooks and Import data from a Comma Delimited file and Add/Deduct it from Quickbooks Inventory. The file will have Item Number,Quantity,Description,Vender (500054255,5)… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Delphi, Quickbooks/Quicken/MYOB)
