Script to create pdf/jpg snapshot of a full web page by ssid123

Hello Bidders, I need a PHP script that will take a URL as its input and output will be a pdf and jpeg of the full and entire webpage. For example, take a news item on CNN or any other news outlet. I want to get this entire news item page in pdf format… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Javascript, JSP, PHP, Python, Script Installation)
