I Am Freelancer

I need someone to show me how to login with either winsock, php/curl or winhttp or inet. Basically I need the protocol for logging into hotmail, without using the webbrowser control in windows. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++, Delphi, PHP, Visual Basic, Windows)
