fix DCC error in invoice software by OOge

We are looking for a quick fix on our invoice software. The software company filled bankruptcy see they cannot fix our problem. While the invoice software was running the computer shut down. Giving us the DCC error cannot evaluate key… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Delphi)
