Need Flash Expert to do small change in Preloader by xpertdesigns

I have a movie file ( swf ) in my website, everything works great, only thing I need is a flash expert that can make Preloader a little more dynamic, fun. Right now, while preloader loads, I have static logo, and when finish loading, image comes up… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash, Flex, XML)
