I Am Freelancer

I want a program that will load emails from a pop account, internally, and harvest URL’s that I can designate… For instance, I subscribe to 10-15 safelist….the daily emails contain many links, so… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, C/C++, Software Architecture, Visual Basic, Web Scraping)
