Tool to Export Facebook Fans to Excel, CSV, or Text by nierengm

Looking to create a tool that I can host on my site that allows users to enter a fan page id or URL of a Facebook fan page and allows users to export the full list of fans. Export will include username of each fan… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: AJAX, Facebook, Java, Ruby/Ruby on Rails)
