Sportsbetting Odds Comparison and surebet by tdf

I am interested in an odds comparison of 20 bookmakers of my choose for football (soccer) games and a surebet detection program. Take note that it is a very complex program with complicated database issue… (Budget: $1500-3000, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, XML)
